His resume includes innumerous contributions for Environmental Assessment Studies, Infrastructural Planning, Spatial Planning and Urban Development Projects for Railroads, Roads, Porto’s Subway, Hydroelectric Infrastructures, Wind Farms, among others, in Portugal and abroad, according to the utmost exigent procedures, providing services to European Union, the World Bank, and other major international institutions.
